Lush Spa Liverpool -The Comforter Treatment!

 Hello Lovlies!
For Christmas my lovely older brother treated me to a spa voucher for The Comforter Treatment at the Lush Liverpool Spa!Whilst working at Lush over Christmas i would talk to customers about our spa and talk about the amazing treatments available but i had never actually had one of them myself! So when my brother asked what i would like for Christmas i may have hinted towards a treatment at Lush! He asked which one i would like which was a hard choice but i decided to go for The Comforter as I'm a massive fan of everything sweet and chocolaty.
I also bought my mum a spa voucher for Christmas and for her i chose to buy her the Spell treatment which is a treatment that focuses mainly of the foot area. I felt as though this treatment would be perfect for my mum as she is a nurse and is constantly on her feet and Lush believe that you hold a lot of your stresses in your feet!.

So when we arrived at the Lush store we were kindly greater by the staff who then took us straight over to the till and took our vouchers, now i may seem bias but the Lush Liverpool staff to me are the mostly friendliest people you will find!.After this we were given the option to look around the store or to wait in a more quite area at the bottom of the spa stairs which was the option we took as the
store was quite busy with in being half term.
One it was time for our treatments were met by two lovely spa therapist and were taken up to the spa area upstairs.

As soon as you enter the spa it will remind you of your Grannies home with vintage knick knacks and the homely feel it has. To start the lovely Vicky sat me down and asked if i wanted a glass of water and then went on to tell me more about the treatment and more about the products that are used though out the treatment, I then just had to fill in a quick health form.

I was then taken into my treatment room as soon as i walked into the room i felt as though i had been transported 'into a world of pure imagination'. I was left to get undressed and had a little bell to ring when i was ready. One of the highlights of the treatment for me was actually the music that was playing throughout, it was covers of well know movies from films and i defiantly want to buy the soundtrack which is available in the store or on ITunes and Spotify.
The massage itself has equally as amazing i was wrapped up night and warm with a big duvet and lay on a heated bed and had a lovely eye mask ,i am surprised i never fell asleep. The therapist would only work on one area of my body at a time and when done would tuck me back under the cover so i stayed all toasty.
The products used were absolutely gorgeous , there was a hot chocolate scrub which was taken off by hot mitten and then followed with a lovely rose type
oil.

I suffer a lot from back pain and generally muscle pain because i am studying dance and pain just kind of comes with the job so it was lovely to have those areas worked but in a way that wasn't painful but i could feel my whole body relaxing.
After the treatment was over i was able to lie in the bed until i felt ready to get up and get changed not going to lie i lay there for a bit staring up at the galaxy of lights that were above wishing i was actually in bed.
Once i was ready i made my way back out to the kitchen where i was met by the lovely Vicky who sat me down and gave me a glass of candy floss, she then poured over some soda water and reminded me 'to never take life too seriously' which was a lovely way to end the treatment. My mum really loved her treatment and we defiantly want to go back again and is a great idea to go with someone like your mum, sister, nan or even your partner or friend as Lush do offer double treatment rooms.

I would like to thank The Lush Spa Liverpool for an amazing afternoon and i would highly recommend their treatments to anyone!

Thanks for reading!
Have you had any of the treatment?
Let me know!

Lots Of Love
Holly
